PLANNING ENGINEER

WORK LOCATION –Qatar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTY AS PLANNING ENGINEER

1. Preparation of construction schedule for the tendering purpose. Develop the Structure Work Breakdown (WBS)
2. Preparation of master project construction programme, Baseline Schedule and get approval from clients/consultants for new jobs and take the approval from consultant /client
3. Collect daily/weekly progress data from site teams. Analyze deviations from baseline and determine reasons for delays. Prepare the recovery schedules..
4. Provide information in preparation of technical submittal for the tenders.
5. Updating and monitoring of the construction program of ongoing projects.
6. Maintaining the copy of the construction programme various ongoing projects.
7. Generate weekly/monthly progress reports. Prepare S-curves, histograms, and earned value (EVM) charts
8. Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) using the CPM method, Support claim preparation with detailed schedule evidence and justification
9. Implement the Quality, Safety and Environmental management requirements of GCC.

SKILLS MANDATORY – Primavera Version - P6  ( must have on-hand work experience on Primavera P6 )  + Project management software
