REQUIREMENT FOR ALL ABOVE POSITIONS 

• Minimum Experience -2-3 years (home country or overseas)
• Minimum Education -10th class
• License Required -Heavy Vehicle License (home country) - applicable for Driver & Operators
• Language -Native Language, English able to read and write
• Communication Skills -Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience Certificate -Preferred, demonstrating relevant experience
• Medical/Criminal records -Should be cleared

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

• Contract Status - Two years - renewable
• Airfare -AED 85/month (AED 1020/annum)
• Working Hours -11 hours per day (Basic 8 + OT 3 hours)
• Working Days-Full month duty without any off (Day & Night shifts)
• Period of probation-6 months from date of joining
• Holidays- 30 days paid leave per annum
• Food-Provided by the company
• Accommodation-Shared labour camp accommodation, provided by the company
