Highways/ Railway projects - Preparation and updating and revision of Project schedule using Primavera software. resource estimation and uploading in Primavera schedule.
Experience in Delay analysis using primavera software with as planned impact method, time impact and time slice window analysis methods. Progress monitoring using primavera software with S curve and earned value analysis.
