Hydraulic Hose crimping technician

Requirements:
• Minimum 5–8 years' hands-on experience in hydraulic hose fabrication and crimping
• Strong knowledge of BSP/BSPT, JIC, Metric DIN, ORFS, NPT and SAE flange fittings
• Experience with 1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH and high-pressure/multi-spiral hoses
• Capable of independently identifying hose/fitting types, thread sizes and sealing systems
• Experienced in hose cutting, skiving, fitting selection, insertion, crimping and final inspection
• Knowledge of SAE Code 61/62 flanges, quick couplings, adapters, O-rings and bonded seals
• Experience with hydraulic hoses for excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, breakers, cranes and commercial trucks
