RECRUITMENT OFFICER

One of Leading Engineering & Construction company having diversified business is looking Gulf Experienced Recruitment Officer urgently

• You will be responsible for recruitment of large volume staff & Blue Collar for Construction Division
• You will be Drafting and publishing job on various platforms to get best results within time schedule
• You will handle CV Management Collection, storage, and sorting of applications.
• You will be responsible for sourcing candidates , sourcing , shortlisting and conduct preliminary round of interview  ( Conducting remote interviews over the phone or via the Internet )  before submitting to Interviewer /Department Head
• Must be thorough in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) to find suitable candidates for vacancies
• Negotiating pay and salary with finally approved candidates
• Issuing offers of employment to successful candidates after final approval from concerned Department Head
• Verifying a candidate’s employment credentials 
• Any administrative work as required to complete the recruitment 

Salary & Facilities -Salary will be discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills, and Interview assessment by client
