Our client , a leadi ng and well established company having diversifed business Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction etc is looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER ( Omani National ) to head to H R Department and will be responsible for -

To manage the H R Department of Organisation and to implement company policies effectively. You will be  ensuring policies and procedures are compliant with internal Company policy as well as  to ensure legal compliance

Co Ordinate with Ministry to implement Omanisation and other Guideline with Organisation

Responsible to provide required Manpower on Projects within schedules. You will  be working closely with the Department Heads , Projects Heads and to recruit  manpower  with the assistance of a recruiter, be required to manage the full recruitment life cycle 

Monitoring of the Performance and Review (PPR) process

To develop and frame H R policies
