Job Description/Job Responsibility as H R Assistant ( Male or Female )  -

A result oriented candidate with minimum 1-2 years exposure in recruitments  with H R Consultancy in India and  experience  in handling requirements of  multiple clients. Able  to  handle  full-cycle recruiting  independently , dedicated to source and place candidates in a highly competitive market, analyzing and prioritizing the requirements, liasoning and following-up with the clients for further rounds of Interviews until candidate finally join, Well versed in posting/retrieving data on jobsites, Achieve target with minimum supervision

Candidate must be enthusiastic, passionate about learning, and is driven to succeed, thrive in a collaborative team environment where individual skills are valued and developed. Qualified candidates for the opportunity will be highly motivated, but must be sharp & intelligent, have strong analytical skills with positive attitude and computer literate and proficient in the use of relevant systems. You must have definite goal to make Recruitment & Selection as your career.

Your main function will be , sourcing CVS against the client’s requirements within 12 hours from the time demand/requirements  is received by SKC Management Conssultancy either through  head hunting, Referrals, Industry network ,Job Portals and various other methods of Social net work as per SKC Policy. You are required to  maintain strong database to provide perfect Skill matching CVs within 12 hours after receipt of requirement. This is incentive oriented job on achieving target assigned as per policy of company
