Machine Operators

Operate the respective Section of the production line and ensure an uninterrupted production of the panels as per the specifications and daily production plan

• Operate the respective section to produce the
specified product as reflected in the Daily Production Plan and Loading Plan (If necessary)
• Train the Assistant main operators to perform the manufacturing-related duties to their respective section of the production line and ensure an uninterrupted production of the panels
• Own the responsibility for the station in respect to product, process and machine etc.,
• Ensure the panel specifications, in line to the process needs.
• Closely monitor the performance of the machine and report to Shift leader for any error and irregularity.
• Communicate with the operators of other work stations regarding production matters.
• Constantly try to improve the workmanship and to reduce the down time of the machine.
• Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the
machine and surrounding areas.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range AED  -To be decided based on skills ,Experience and interview assessment  ( Basic Salary 40% of the gross salary )  , Shared accommodation  &   Kitchen Facility Provided, Duty Hours is  8 Hours,  Over Time - As per operational requirement; OT calculation as per  UAE labour law , Transportation  will be provided  by company to  & from worksite, ,Company Air Passage -after completion of two years, Uniform provided by company, Medical & Insurance provided by company, Workers/Employee covered under workmen Compensation Act, Probation Period is 180 days ( 6 Months ), Annual Leave for 26 days and Emirates ID to be  Borne by employee
