CIVIL 3D (5+YEARS)

WE'RE HIRING | Civil 3D Modeler / BIM Engineer (5+ Years) , an experienced Civil 3D Modeler / BIM Engineer to join  Infrastructure BIM team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects, including roads and utility networks, following international BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities
·        Develop and maintain high-quality Civil 3D models in accordance with project BIM standards.
·        Create and manage LOD 300–500 BIM models.
·        Model and coordinate Wet Utilities (Water Supply, Sewer, Storm Water, Irrigation, TSE).
·        Model and coordinate Dry Utilities (Electrical, Telecom, ICT, Street Lighting).
·        Design and modify Pressure Pipe Networks and Gravity Pipe Networks.
·        Prepare alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, and earthwork models.
·        Generate surfaces, feature lines, assemblies, and cross-sections.
·        Perform utility clash detection and resolve coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams.
·        Produce construction drawings, utility layouts, plan and profile drawings, and quantity reports.
·        Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure compliance with project BEP and ISO 19650 standards.
·        Maintain model quality through QA/QC and adherence to company BIM workflows.

·        Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
·        InfraWorks (Preferred)

·        Rail/Metro Projects
·        UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
