POSITION -Quantity Surveyor

Working Location-Doha -Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimating and managing project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
2. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
3. Collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate project planning and scheduling using Primavera.
4. Managing and preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports.
5. Handling contract administration, including variations and claims management.
6. Monitoring and controlling costs during the construction phase.
7. Qualifications & Requirements:
8. MMUP/UPDA registration preferred.
9. Proven experience in infrastructure projects.
10. Proficiency in Primavera planning software.
11. Strong skills in project estimation, cost management, and variation handling.
12. Solid understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
15. Preferred Experience:
16. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
17. Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
18. Expertise in managing contract variations and claims.
19. Familiarity with Qatari construction regulations and standards.
