Director Projects (Road / Railways / Infra)
Oman | 16 - 20 years- Candidate must be excellent in managing large volume projects of Construction of Structures- Bridges - Precasting, Prestressing, launching of girders using Gantry/ launching truss, Segmental construction of bridge deck, Experience in Railway projects preferred
- Must Implement approved project plans
- Provide technical input, solutions and suggestion as required.
- Prepare, execute and monitor the projects design plans.
- Complete control and knowledge of drawings, specifications, general contracts and time schedules.
- Review the status of the project, evaluation of performance criteria and report to General Manager regularly
- Regular project reports in line with consultant/client guidelines for follow-up
- Communicate to General Manager/senior Management about the progress of projects and the necessary advise and corrective measures suggestion to project support teams as per requirement.
- Effective Liaison with external suppliers and Contractors/ Sub-contractors and other at Projects
- Monitor supplier Contractors/ Sub-contractors’ performance.
