Designation: Finishing Carpenter (Interior Fit out)

Location: Site Based

Reporting Manager: Carpentry In charge/Project Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have solid experience/expertise (Min 6 years, GCC-04 Years) in all kinds of joinery works such as making of wooden structures, wardrobes, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, interior fit out, renovations.
• Age Should be 30-35 Years with good Physical fitness.
• Should knowledge of gypsum partition works, false ceiling works etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes of materials needed.
• Ability to read drawings and implement on site.
• Carries out deliveries and installations within project schedules & quality requirements.
• Coordination/Communicate/ Report with Site Supervisor and Engineers for site progress and concerns/damages.
• Working knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Ability to meet deadlines/Good math skills.
• Good physical fitness.
• Strong practical and teamwork skills.
