The Manager (Planning) at Projects Site will be reporting to the Project Directors/Project Managers in all responsibilities related to the project planning and control. He will be assisted by the Planning engineers, cost controllers

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update Project base line schedule in P-6, and its revision when required with all supporting documents for submission to Client / Consultant.
• Review the schedule revisions/updates with the consultant/ client for approvals.
• Preparation of daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for consultant/ client/ Management related to the project stats updates.
• Prepares the supporting documents (impact schedule or any such document required by contracts) required to submit Time Extension Claim to be submitted to contracts Department.
• Preparing Master Budgets / Revisions for the project under guidance of Project Manager/Director with assistance from Cost controller. The same to be reviewed by Planning Manager before it is submitted to project manager for review by various heads and to be put upon to Unit Head for his approval and subsequent approval from CEO.
• Daily and monthly monitoring of the actual cost against the budget and report to project manager with variance analysis and mitigation plan.
• Prepare, update, Monitor and revise the business plan under guidance of Project Manager and submit to Unit head for review.
• Prepare maintain and update the data base of the resources with the project. Prepare the Rolling projections for resources manpower and equipment on monthly basis to be submitted through the ERP .
• Compile the Daily progress report of project and submit it to project manager, Unit head.

Prepare, maintain and update the project documents required by MSP for the audit from corporate QHSE and attend the auditor as and when audit is scheduled
