BI Architect – Team Lead

We are looking for a BI Developer & Data Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis, possessing strong techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle BI, and be proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Python, and R. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience in system integration and the ability to transform data into valuable insights to drive decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Oracle BI, Power BI, and Tableau. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into effective BI and data analytics solutions.

Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support strategic and operational business decisions.

Integrate data from various ERP systems, databases, and other business applications, ensuring seamless system integration.

Salary range is RO 1100 - 1200 (Package)

Write complex queries and scripts using SQL, Python, and R to manipulate and analyse large datasets.

Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Support ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes and automate data workflows.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business needs and provide analytical insights. Troubleshoot and resolve any data or reporting issues.

Provide end-user training and support on BI tools and analytics platforms.

Education Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Experience:

• 10 + years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and system integration. • Strong techno-functional expertise in ERP systems, particularly Oracle BI.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools.

• Strong programming skills in Python and R for data analysis.

• Proficient in SQL for querying and database management.

• Hands-on experience with system integration and working across multiple platforms and data sources.

• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
