We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our operations 

Additionally, below is the screening questions to assess candidates effectively. 

Minimum Requirements:
•    Coordinating daily with Maintenance Technicians on troubleshooting and equipment maintenance activities
•    Updating HR and Site Management on maintenance reports
•    Supervising the maintenance, servicing, and repair of heavy machinery (mobile cranes, crawler cranes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, forklifts and trailers)
•    Leading a team of technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely work completion
•    Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
•    Planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
•    Managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with procurement
•    Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
•    Maintaining maintenance logs, service records, and reports
•    Providing training and technical guidance to the maintenance team
•    Diploma/Graduate-Mechanical
•    Good command of English, both oral and written
Candidate Requirements:
•    Minimum 7-8 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 2-4 years in a Supervisory role.
•    Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
•    Experience working with brands like CAT, Komatsu, XCMG, Foton, Isuzu, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, or similar.
•    Ability to lead a team, prioritize work and coordinate with operations.
•    Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
