Project Engineer

Job Description

To make sure the site work activities move safely, on-time and in accordance with company requirements, work instructions and client’s needs.

Duties (Not Limited To)

• Oversee operations on a day- to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.
• Responsible to collect all daily data from sites and submit the report daily basis.

• The Project engineer will monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise.

• Studies project plans, drawings, update Job Register in daily basis. Confers with site managers, site engineers and Supervisors to adjust discrepancies and clarify details.

• Shall keep in close contact with members of their site team at all times and liaise with client representatives.

• Is responsible to ensure that the deadline for completing work is met.

• Creates schedules, and coordinates the assignments of personnel to the project according to the needed skills

• Always coordinate with site management as well as clients and determines that plans are being followed and efficient productive work is being accomplished.

• Monitors the acquisition and use of operation materials.
• Candidate should QS and BD background to get new business.
• Candidate must have 5 years Oil & Gas Oman experience.

• Prepares reports and maintains required records

• Is responsible to follow-up with site management as well as clients to make sure JCC submit on time and invoice timely.

• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
• Co-ordinate with HRD and help them for new manpower hiring process.

• Keep confidentiality of documents rate, conversation and loyalty. 

Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by client
