Roles and Responsibilities
This position is for project Quantity Surveyor - Civil. All commercial matters to jointly obtain maximum commercial benefit from a project. Liaise related to measurement with the Client/Consultant Qs to prepare the monthly invoice and contract documents including rate draft sub-contract documentation analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• 10 to 12 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 08 yrs.) - Preferably in the field of Quantity Surveyor of Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
• GCC Driving License will be preferable
• Candidate should have good knowledge in calculation of quality with drawings, adjective level of accuracy.
• Preparation of contracts, bill of quantities, budgets, forecasting, monthly progress valuation of works at site.
• Recording and monitoring of all site works and costs being expended on the project.
• Preparing of interim payment application, recording variations, claims, site stock assessment, monthly commercial report and reconciliation
• reports in conjunction with PM and site team Evaluate IPAs, bills, invoices submitted by subcontractors, vendors for payment certifications.
• Final Accounts in conjunction with relevant parties
• Review the initial tender/contract comparison efforts by the tender cell and ensure that claims are raised where necessary
• Maintaining a schedule of all submissions, change orders, claims, responses for approvals, inspections,
• Variations etc. Documenting contracts, WOs, POs, BGs, certified bills, NOCs for release of retentions
