Welder (Vessel) TIG & 6G

Diploma/Certificate in Welding and Metal Fabrication Technology •Must possess 6G Welding Certification

Must be capable of doing fit-ups and welding metal pressure vessels based on construction drawings provided, able to understand the welding specifications (WPS), and welding symbols, using techniques that adhere to all specifications for vessels, piping, and welding assembly based on ASME/PED or other related codes stated in the design criteria.
He should be able to work on both Carbon steel & Stainless- steel materials and welding skills in both GTAW (Tig) and SMAW (Arc).

•Execute vessel & pipe welding according to welding procedure specification, work instructions and quality standards.
•Able to read & understand weld symbols, weld procedures in the drawings.
•Capable of selecting consumables understanding the welding procedure specifications (WPS).
•Able to observe and recognize problems during the welding process.
•Understanding the safe usage of shop hand tools (grinders, drills, air tools)
•Must always be professional and consistent in personal behavior.
•Able to set up equipment and weld parts using GTAW, SMAW, welding processes based on the
WPS.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range AED  -To be decided based on skills ,Experience and interview assessment  ( Basic Salary 40% of the gross salary )  , Shared accommodation  &   Kitchen Facility Provided, Duty Hours is  8 Hours,  Over Time - As per operational requirement; OT calculation as per  UAE labour law , Transportation  will be provided  by company to  & from worksite, ,Company Air Passage -after completion of two years, Uniform provided by company, Medical & Insurance provided by company, Workers/Employee covered under workmen Compensation Act, Probation Period is 180 days ( 6 Months ), Annual Leave for 26 days and Emirates ID to be  Borne by employee
