LEAD MANAGER – BOLTING, TENSIONING & MACHINING FOR QATAR

Job responsibilities:

• P&L calculation and Qtn submission.
• Technical client meetings with reference to Onsite bolting and Machining.
• Document submission and client approval.
• Site Coordination and Interaction with Client. 
• Team improvement in bolting (torquing and Tensioning) – as per standard.
• Team improvement in Machining – (Cold cutting, Normal flange re-facing, exchanger machining, Drilling and Tapping) - as per standard.
• Completing site visit for scope evaluation to prepare required resources.  
• Monitoring the asset spares for immediate refurb.
• Resources management (Includes complete operations)
• Periodically improving the team competency.
• Arranging to conduct daily TBT and following the plant owner safety protocol with team.
• Preparing JSA, Operational procedure for each activity and submitting to client for approval.
• Documentation -project files (Including time sheet, PO, Mobilization form, Joint completion report, Invoices and Payment details)

Qualification – Engineering / Diploma.

Minimum Exp. 10 Y.
