Position- MEP Service Technicians ( REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN-SERVICE )

Working Location  Dubai ( UAE )

Responsibilities and duties:

o Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, plumbing systems, and fire alarm/sprinkler systems. o Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

o Respond to service requests for malfunctioning MEP systems (e.g., electrical outages, plumbing leaks, HVAC issues).

o Diagnose problems with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and provide necessary repairs.

o Replace defective components, such as HVAC filters, fuses, or damaged piping.

o Maintain and repair, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance.

o Clean air filters, condensers, and ensure proper refrigerant levels. o Troubleshoot issues related to temperature control, air quality, or system efficiency. o Inspect and repair electrical wiring, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and outlets.

o Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water pipes, sewage, and drainage systems.

o Respond quickly to emergency service requests, such as water leaks, electrical failures, or HVAC malfunctions, to minimize downtime. o Follow emergency protocols for the safe shutdown of equipment when required.

o Order parts and materials as needed for repairs and maintenance.

o Complete all other duties assigned by manager

Years of Experience:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working as an MEP technician or related experience

Person Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills/knowledge

• Expert knowledge of refrigeration

• Maintain good personal appearance

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to be stay organized, arrive on time

• Willingness to work hard

• Must be able to interpret drawings and schematics
