Civil QC Inspector (Oil & Gas) 

Qualification & experience:

1. Shall be a *Graduate Engineer in Civil discipline from a recognized university.

2. Certification as Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015 / equivalent QMS (IRCA Registered or equivalent QMS) shall be preferred.

3. Shall have minimum of *8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas facility / Pipeline construction.

4. The experience shall include works involving soil excavation and earth works, Piling, concrete works, block works, structural steel works and roofing, tank pads and bunds and general activities associated with civil and building works/ Pipeline construction/ Facility construction.

5. Shall be familiar with relevant material, Testing & construction/works codes used in these industry.

6. Shall be thoroughly familiar with civil construction materials and construction methods, testing of civil construction materials/ Instruments used.

• Diploma Engineers (from recognized institution) with higher experience also considered.

Duties & Responsibilities (minimum)

1. Implementation of the Project Quality Plans/ITP/QCP etc including sub contractor if any.

2. Supervise Field laboratory & ensure instruments are calibrated at regular intervals.

3. Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications

4. Prepares and signoff applicable records for quality surveillance / inspections / tests

5. Maintaining of Quality records & assists in preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.

6. Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators of civil discipline.

7. Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.

8. Assists in Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).

9. Witness procedures, tests and certify the results.

10. Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on the day to day quality issues
