HVAC Techinicians 

• Including DX units, split ACs, cassette units, package units, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, electrical/control issues, and airflow problems.
• Monitor and adjust system performance using BMS (Building Management Systems) and local chiller control panels
• Replace and service components like compressors, fan motors, filters, belts, actuators, thermostats, and sensors
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal equipment downtime Including FCU & AHU

Experience -Minimum: 5 years  of hands-on experience in FM Industry

Salary & Other Facilities provided by Company -Sharing Bachelor Accommodation provided by the Company.

Proposed Gross Salary -Riyal Omani 200 ( Basic Salary:  100  OMR / Food Allowance:   25  OMR/ Special Allowance :  41  OMR/ FiXed Overtime:  34  OMR.)

Food-Not provided but cooking equipments only will be avilable for staff to cook

Working Hours - 10 Hours with  one-hour break & 6 working days 

Medical -Candidate  will be covered by the Company’s medical insurance. This does not include Dental, Optical and other chronic diseases.

Working Days - 6 Days Per Week

Over Time/ Fixed Over Time -The company will pay overtime for the additional overtime hours worked beyond the 10-hour daily schedule.Candidate  will be paid a fixed overtime amount, included in your salary as above, to cover additional one hour of work each day beyond normal working hours and 10 hours work on the 6th day of the week, as required by the project

Leave - As Per Oman Labour Law

Joining Air Passage -Company will provide The candidate with a one-way economy class air ticket from His country  to MUSCAT to enable  to take up employment with us.
