Roles and Responsibilities
This position is for Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the organization acquires the necessary goods and services in a cost-effective and timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
• 02 to 04 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing preferred exposure in Project Procurement
• Procurement for Construction Activities (Civil, MEP, HVAC, Asset Purchase)
• Supply Chain Procurement Process Knowledge.
• Basic Construction Material Knowledge.
• Basic Incoterms.
• Receive Purchase requisitions, review & accept inline to project specifications.
• Weekly update on pending order & pending Material Request status.
• Develop, Maintain, and update Vendor master data base.
• Generate RFI/RFP/RFQ to potential vendors, Receive Techno commercial Offers.
• Prepare techno-commercial comparison.
• Negotiation Skill - Price, Payment terms and Contract terms.
• Review Open Purchase Orders, Purchase requisitions to ensure on time delivery.
• Keep track of issued Orders & follow up for timely delivery in line with project deadlines. Basic Knowledge on Payment terms (LC/TT/PDC) & Liasing with Accounts for Suppliers Payment.
• Liaising with logistics team for Import Orders.
• Product acceptance/rejection, warranties, and other related follow ups with the Supplier.
• Aware of market dynamics and assist in Vendor Development
• Assist Tendering and Costing Department as and when required.
• Hands on exposure for Oracle/Java/ERP Software (PO creation), MS Office.
