Concrete Batching Plant Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and calibrate concrete batching plant equipment accurately to meet production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust material proportions (cement, sand, aggregate, water) through the control panel.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil checks, lubrication, and cleaning of production lines.
• Monitor product quality and safety, and maintain daily production and inventory reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Secondary Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating ready-mix concrete batching plants.
• Strong skills in data organization and report preparation.
• Effective communication with drivers, technicians, and production teams.
