Contract and Procurement Analyst ( Oil & Gas )

Contractor Sourcing Officers shall be Muscat based and shall have a minimum of (7) seven years of relevant experience in onshore oil and gas construction work and material handling/controlling. He shall provide support and commercial advice to Contractor Project Engineer and Material Sourcing Specialist such as

1. 1. 1. Manage quality and timely input in the procurement process.
      2. Placing and receiving both technical and commercial Request for Quotations.
      3. Coordination of Commercial reviews.
      4. Conduct price comparisons and recommend awards.
      5. Creation and maintenance of all Purchase Orders.
      6. Identifying, diagnosing and maintenance of post award activities for Purchase Orders.
      7. Expediting entire post award activities.
      8. Seeking approvals for any deviation from DALEEL procedures.

Coordination of material deliveries with DALEEL nominated material coordinator
