CONTRACTS MANAGER

Primary responsibility will be to write high quality bid responses for new tenders. Introducing and coordinating the bid response process, developing and maintaining standards as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process. Ensure submissions are made on time and to the required quality. Successful execution of the project portfolio by assisting with PMs & technical staffs.

 Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in GCC in a contracts management environment, within projects preferably in the Oil and Gas industry with exposure to contract law, negotiations, contractor management, insurance, legal and industry practices.
