TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD (OIL & GAS AND ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION)

• Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) or Diploma in Human Resources with 6-8 years’ experience in recruitment of Staff for Oil & Gas and Engineering Construction company.
• You will be working at Head Office Based and will be handling and working with a team of Recruiters to help source the best talent in the market to meet the project requirement within schedule.
• You will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent in the Oil & Gas and Engineering and Construction sector.
• You will report and work closely with department heads to understand hiring and develop strategies to meet these requirements effectively.
• Oversee End to End Recruitment process and system and to ensure best talent is hired as per requirement or given job description.
• Salary will match best in industry based on experience in GCC with all facilities.
