Total exp -15+ years in HSE

Gulf experience -5+ years in ADNOC/GCC

Non gulf experience -10+ years

Turn Around / shut down experience- Required ( 5+ years, 3+ major turnarounds )

Max. No. of Labor Handled in Single Project -50+

Major clients handled -ADNOC; BP; Chevron

Maximum project value handled -$300M+

Job Details

The Lead HSE Engineer will be responsible for executing and overseeing activities related to lead hse engineer in oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising day-to-day tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines, managing manpower and resources effectively, and coordinating with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain compliance. The candidate must have 15+ years in HSE of experience, including 5+ years in ADNOC/GCC and 10+ years exposure, with shutdown experience: Yes, 5+ years, 3+ major turnarounds. Prior experience with clients such as ADNOC; BP; Chevron is preferred. Minimum qualification: Bachelor's in Engineering/Environmental Science, NEBOSH/IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor.
