XCMG Service Engineer

      Position: XCMG Crane Service Engineer

      Location: Muscat, Oman

Responsibilities:

• Electric Fault Diagnosis and Rectification: Accurately diagnose and rectify electrical faults in the XCMG crane fleet.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronics systems within the cranes.
• Maintenance Schedule: Implement and follow necessary maintenance schedules to ensure optimal crane performance and minimize downtime.
• Service Records: Maintain detailed service records of each crane to track maintenance and repairs.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Highly trained and skilled in electric fault diagnosis, mechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronics systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to report and document service activities and issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team of engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ITI /NCVT or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with XCMG cranes or similar heavy equipment.
• Technical Training: Extensive training in the diagnosis and repair of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechatronics.
