Our Client , one of leading and well established company in Qatar , seeking an experienced  Recruitment Officer to join  team in Doha Qatar, who is locally available within Qatar

Position:- Recruitment Officer

Gender -: Male /Female

Nationality : Indian 

Experience-The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and last 2-3 years must be Qatar .Candidate must have recruitment experience in recruitment for Engineering & Construction, oil & Gas, Marine etc

Availability - The position is open for Male/Female who are available ONLY  in Qatar  and can attaend face to face interview and able to join ASAP after selection

Job Description -

Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates for open positions of organsations 

Candidate must have strong understanding of recruitment best practices excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently.

Candidate must develop recruitment strategies  and policies ,source potential high-caliber candidates  through  job portals, social media and networking of respective industry

Researching  & use of recruitment channels including recruting agencies

Ensure a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.

You will be responsible to create  job descriptions and to advertise locally or outside as per requirement

Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by client  but will match best in industry
