Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on fan coil units and AC split units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective components and parts
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards
• Maintain accurate records of performed maintenance and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Maintenance Technician or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of fan coil units, Chilled water system and AC split units
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
• Valid certification or license related to HVAC maintenance is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
