Executive Secretary

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO office. Maintains the executive’s agenda, plans appointments and meetings, attends meetings and takes minutes, handles phone calls, manages correspondence, arranges travel, maintains records, and assists in various administrative tasks including financial reports preparation & analysis & drafting letters.  Incumbent must be a qualified professional with bachelors/masters with 3-8 years of work experience with similar title preferably with Construction industry in any Gulf countries.
