Job Description

This position is for Forman HVAC, Responsible for installing a variety of systems, such as refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilating. Duties like planning work, assigning tasks, supervising mechanics, ensuring system maintenance

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.  
• 08 to 10 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 06 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
• Age should be 30-40 & Good physical condition and stamina
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Awareness and implementation of Quality Objectives related to area of work
• Supervise the HVAC work to ensure the work at the site is executed to the client's specifications, approved drawing, maintaining quality.
• Plan and allocate work to technicians on daily basis
• Familiar with all types of piping material & fittings, ducting material & fittings, valves, pumps, insulation, chemical dosing unit, pressurization unit, VCD, FD, AHU, PAC, DX unit, CRAC, VRV, VAV, Chiller, FCU, SPAC used in HVAC works and familiar with work sequence followed
• Familiar with tools used for HVAC works
• Desired to be familiar with the testing requirement and procedures for HVAC system
• Ensure through proper supervision that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with requirements.
• Co-ordinate with stores for receipt/handling/storage/issue of materials on site.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
