CHILLER TECHNICIAN

• Experience In Both Water & Air Cooled Chiller (preferably Daikin,Trane, Carrier, York).                                                                                                  
• Understanding of chilled water system, pump operation, and AHU/FCU connections.                                                                                                                    
• Ability to perform periodic preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repair.                                                                                                            
• Good command over chiller control panels and BMS integration.

Experience -Minimum: 5+ years  of hands-on experience in Facility Management  Industry

Salary & Other Facilities provided by Company -Sharing Bachelor Accommodation provided by the Company, Gratuity will be paid as per Oman Labour Law,

Proposed Gross Salary - Riyal Omani 300  ( Basic Salary:  150  OMR / Food Allowance:  25   OMR/ Special Allowance :  74  OMR/ FiXed Overtime:  51  OMR ) -.

Food -Not provided but cooking equipments only will be avilable for staff to cook

Working Hours - 10 Hours Daily

Medical -Employee   will be covered by the Company’s medical insurance. This does not include Dental, Optical and other chronic diseases.

Working Days - 6 Days Per Week

Over Time/ Fixed Over Time -The company will pay overtime for the additional overtime hours worked beyond the 10-hour daily schedule.Candidate  will be paid a fixed overtime amount, included in your salary as above, to cover additional one hour of work each day beyond normal working hours and 10 hours work on the 6th day of the week, as required by the project

Joining Air Passage -Company will provide The candidate with a one-way economy class air ticket from His country  to MUSCAT to enable  to take up employment with us.
