GRE QC Inspector - 

Qualification & experience:

1. Shall be a Graduate/Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Metallurgical or equivalent discipline.

2. Experienced in GRE Bonding & Lamination works & trained by reputed GRE manufacturers like FGS/ CPI/ FPI etc.

3. Certification as CSWIP 3.1 or AWS / BGAS painting/ NACE/ equivalent and Certified to ASNT level II in RT, PT, MT and UT techniques shall be given preference.

4. Shall have worked as GRE fitter/bonder or supervisor for a minimum of 1 year

5. Shall have minimum of *6 years of relevant inspection experience in oil and gas facility / GRE Pipeline /Piping construction.

6. Shall be familiar with relevant material, Testing, Instruments used & construction/works codes used in the industry & field of activity.

* Diploma Engineers with higher experience also considered.

Duties & Responsibilities (minimum)

1. Implementation, monitoring of the Project specific Contract Quality Plan/ITP/QCP etc.

2. Witness procedures, Bonder qualifications, tests and certify the results.

3. Maintaining of Quality records && assists in preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.

4. Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators.

5. Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.

6. Assists in Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).

7. Monitor & Control of Sub-Contractor’s Activities and their quality performance.

8. Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on the day to day quality issues
