Foreman (  Car Wash & Services )

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee the daily operations of our car wash and service center. The Foreman will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring quality service, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of car wash and service staff.

2. Ensure high-quality car washing, detailing, and basic maintenance services.

3. Train and guide employees in proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.

4. Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and timely service.

5. Inspect vehicles before and after service to maintain quality standards.

6. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.

7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Enforce safety regulations and cleanliness of the facility.

9. Report operational issues, employee performance, and maintenance needs to management.

*Job Requirements:*

1. Previous experience in a car wash, auto detailing, or automotive service environment.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Knowledge of car cleaning products, detailing techniques, and basic vehicle maintenance.

4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
