Hook-Up Job Card Officer

Accountabilities:
- The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SE rules within his area of responsibility.
- The job holder is accountable for preparation of offshore works through Job Cards.
Job Dimensions:
- Preparation of Job cards for Offshore execution of DBN PWN – Project.
- Job Holder will be based in Engineering CONTRACTOR Office in Doha, Qatar.
- Possibility of multiple visits to in Country Fabrication Yard and Offshore SITE.
- There will be not direct supervision of team but many interfaces within the team and with Engineering CONTRACTOR.
Activities:
- Review the 3D Model using Navisworks.
- Review the ISO's and Structural Drawings and provide input regarding the feasibility of offshore installations.
- Verify constructability documents submitted by Engineering, and ensure compliance to the Contract requirements.
- Spooting of the ISO’s & structures to ease offshore 6 installations where required.
- Prepare the Job Card's using the provided tools and prepare works packs for offshore SOW.
- Check the required material for each Job card: according to drawing, quantity, and location necessary for the Hook-up SOW.
- Daily reporting on Job card preparation Progress.
- Participate, whenever necessary to any technical or co-ordination meeting.
- Provide assistance to Hook-up Site Representative on dossiers related to offshore Construction when required.
- Follow Up Progress per Jobcard.
- Support Planner for Jobcards sequence.
- Perform offshore inspection & Site Survey where required by projects.
Context and Environment:
- General Context:
- DBN PWM PROJECT mainly consist in two main scopes dealing with:
- Main scope: New produced Water Management modules fully equipped to be fabricated and installed offshore (with HLV), modules being either jacket supported or in cantilever on 2 different locations of ALS field (A&B locations) and all associated brownfield and integration works.
- Main options: New outboard slots module to be installed on AB-platform (T&I by HLV) including subsea structures (boat fender and CP guides) and all associated integration works.
- Other options related to both OBS and PWM scope (as defined in EPCIC Exhibit A).
- Environment:
- Complex operational interfaces with other entities of NOC in a major and large Brownfield offshore environment.
- Mature installations with significant integrity issues.
- EPCIC execution shall take place at Contractor premises,
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
- Technical background with a minimum of 7-year experience in construction of O&G installations with relevant experience in FEED and EPC contract execution.
- Experience in offshore construction, hook-up activities under SIMOPS and Brownfield conditions.
- Experience of similar project during construction phase at yard will be a plus.
- Experience within a project team: At least 5 years’ experience within large multinational taskforce team environment.
- Track records of offshore brownfield projects.
- Available for technical missions worldwide.
- Familiar with NOC or Total General Specifications, Prodom/MANASA, SAP, MOQ standards and relevant codes and standards.
- Language: Fluent English
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
- Good analytical skills.
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training.
Assignment conditions:
- Duration: 6 Months Extendable
- Working hours/day: 8 hours
- Working days/week: 5 Days
- Work Location: Office, may have to go to Offshore site
- Transport (in case outside Doha, provided by T.EN?): COMPANY operates only offshore assets, for offshore travel will be by COMPANY only.
