1. Attending daily routine/ general maintenance for vacant units given as per work schedule
2. Having excellent knowledge for all HVAC & MEP Materials
3. Direct and motivate the team assigning daily task
4. Enforcing safety protocols, conduct site inspections with ensuring quality standard are met onsite
5. Having excellent Strong leadership , communication, and time management
6. Having excellent knowledge in construction, project and facilities management
7. Quoting of materials properly with avoiding wastage of materials
8. Regularly should inspect all properties
9. Commitment to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and facilities team
10.  Knowledgeable in variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance tasks Holding Valid driving license Physically fit and able to work under pressure and all-weather conditions
