This position is for Forman Civil, Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.  
• 10 to 12 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 08 to 10 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
• Age should be 30-40 & Good physical condition and stamina
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Awareness and implementation of Quality Objectives related to area of work
• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Ensure through proper supervision that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with requirements.
• Co-ordinate with stores for receipt/handling/storage/issue of materials on site.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
