General Helper

Preparing worksite through assisting in operating and maintaining basic machines, loading and unloading all heavy machineries, tools and equipment, and cleaning worksite after duty. The General helper assists the team leader in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of site

Responsibilities

•Load and unload of materials, tools, and equipment.
•Remove debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
•Assemble and break down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
•Help and assist team leader.
•Clean work site every after duty.
•Must be fit
•Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs. and carry heavy tools and equipment in all kinds of weather on a daily basis

Salary Range & Benefits -

AED  -To be decided based on skills ,Experience and interview assessment  ( Basic Salary 40% of the gross salary )  , Shared accommodation  &   Kitchen Facility Provided, Duty Hours is  8 Hours,  Over Time As per operational requirement; OT calculation as per  UAE labour law , Transportation  will be provided  by company to  & from worksite, ,Company Air Passage -after completion of two years, Uniform provided by company, Medical & Insurance provided by company, Workers/Employee covered under workmen Compensation Act, Probation Period is 180 days ( 6 Months ), Annual Leave for 26 days and Emirates ID to be  Borne by employee
