QAQC Engineer (Oil & Gas) -

Qualification & experience:

1. Shall be a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ relevant discipline from a recognized university.

2. Shall have qualification as Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015 / equivalent QMS (IRCA Registered or equivalent QMS).

3. Shall have minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in EPC projects of oil and gas facility, Pipeline construction/ Refinery. He shall have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 29001 / ISO 9001 or equivalent.

4. Shall have supervisory skills & ability to lead various discipline inspectors like Civil, Mechnaical, welding, Painting, Electrical, instrumentation & co ordinate with various discipline.

5. Shall have technical knowledge of inspection, quality control and exposed to multi discipline (CMEI) works of oil and gas Engineering, Procurement, Construction & commissioning field/ Projects.

6. Shall be familiar with relevant Design & construction codes used in oil and gas industries.

7. Preference shall be given for candidate with CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI/ BGas inspection or equivalent and Certified to ASNT level II/PCN in NDT techniques.

8. Knowledge on welding codes/ construction codes/ inter discipline & familiar with practices such as Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) and Technical Integrity Verification (TIV), RFT (Right first time)
9. Duties & Responsibilities (minimum)
10. Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of the Project specific Quality Assurance Plan.

2. Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions, Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP).

3. Maintain/Update QMS documentation

4. Review and Monitoring Sub-Contractor’s Quality Systems and quality performance.

5. Maintaining of Project Quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates & preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.

6. Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators.

7. Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.

8. Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).

9. Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems.
