HDPE QC Inspector 

Qualification & experience:

• • Shall be a Graduate/Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Metallurgical or equivalent discipline.

• • Experienced in HDPE welding/ Lining/Roto lining installation works & testing.

• • Certification as CSWIP 3.1 or AWS / BGAS painting/ NACE/ equivalent and Certified to ASNT level II in RT, PT, MT and UT techniques shall be given preference.

• • Shall have worked as HDPE fitter/operator  or supervisor for a minimum of 1 year

Shall have minimum of *6 years of relevant inspection experience in oil and gas facility / HDPE Pipeline /flowline/Piping construction. Out of this, minimum 4 years of experience in similar position(s) in EPCC projects/ Pipeline/ well heads (preferably worked in GCC for 4 years)

Duties & Responsibilities (minimum)

1. Implementation, monitoring of the Project specific Contract Quality Plan/ITP/QCP etc.

2. Witness procedures, qualifications, tests and certify the results.

3. Maintaining of Quality records && assists in preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.

4. Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators.

5. Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.

6. Assists in Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).

7. Monitor & Control of Sub-Contractor’s Activities and their quality performance.

8. Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on the day to day quality issues
